Technology vs. the Human Factor
We have a combined 15 years of experience in locating and directing capable abstractors and in running enough quality control on their work that we can then turn over a work product that our clients can rely on and trust. Our technology is sufficiently advanced that we can monitor our work volume and can deliver the product to our client in a very easily understood format and on schedule.
However, we do not push technology for technology’s sake. And under no circumstances will we ever let technology supplant the human rationale and judgment that is such a vital part of a successful title search. We have had in the past a client who left us in pursuit of another company who demonstrated vastly superior technology to ours and claimed they had faster turnaround times, etc. But that same client came back to us in a few months because our work product was much more accurate, complete and could be relied upon.
It turns out that lightning fast and vastly superior technology which eliminates the human intelligence factor and is not thorough or accurate is not a work product at all!
